SABER College is a not for profit institution with 501c3 status, and is licensed by the Florida Department of Education Commission for Independent Education via Licensure by Means of Accreditation.
SABER College’s Nursing (AS) program is approved by the Florida Board of Nursing.
SABER College has been granted Candidate for Accreditation status (August 25, 2014) by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (1111 North Fairfax Street, Alexandria, VA, 22314; phone: 703-706-3245; email: firstname.lastname@example.org).

The U.S. Department of Education recognizes SABER College as an approved participating institution with Title IV Programs, to assist students who are eligible for financial aid.
SABER College is an approved Institutional Training Agent (ITA) with South Florida Workforce for its training programs.
The institution is approved to offer education with Vocational Rehabilitation programs.
The Department of Homeland Security has approved SABER College to educate foreign students attending SABER under the F-1 Visa.
