Gainful Employment Programs
The Federal government requires institutions of higher education to disclose to prospective students certain information about programs that lead to gainful employment, including tuition and fees, the cost of book and materials, the amount of time to complete the program, the number of graduates, job placements, and the median loan debt accumulated by students completing the program. This information helps prospective students to compare different educational institutions offering similar programs which best fit their personal and professional goals.
